These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeeMeSay mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using SeeMeSay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. SeeMeSay is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) application that uses AI technology to transform photos into talking avatars. The App is designed to help children with speech and communication challenges express themselves through personalized avatars.

3. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

SeeMeSay is designed for use by children under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. If you are a parent or guardian:

• You are responsible for monitoring your child's use of the App
• You consent to your child's use of the App under these Terms
• You are responsible for any content created or actions taken using the App

4. User Responsibilities

When using SeeMeSay, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of communication and speech practice
• Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

SeeMeSay and all content, features, and functionality are owned by SeeMeSay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to create avatars, which remain stored locally on your device.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data. In summary, SeeMeSay does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data remains locally on your device.

7. Medical Disclaimer

SeeMeSay is designed as a communication aid and educational tool. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeMeSay and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
